We maintain a 5-stage QC system to ensure every paddle and accessory meets client expectations.

1. Raw Material Inspection

2. In-Process Checks

3. Functionality & Bounce Test

✔️ Edge and center impact tests to check strength and response

4. Final Inspection

✔️ Visual inspection for scratches, print quality, logo accuracy
✔️ Handle tightness, grip comfort, weight accuracy (±0.1 oz tolerance)
✔️ 100% final batch check before packaging

5. Pre-Shipment QC + Optional 3rd-Party QC
